    Tune Up Your Golf Swing Before Heading To Golf Resorts
    Before you go on your next vacation to an exotic golf resorts, it would be a great idea to brush up on your golf swing first. This reduces your slice and helps your ball stay on target. It also puts the maximum strength behind the point of contact so that the ball will go farther.

    During backswing your left knee should be toward your target. It is most likely that you will feel a bit of muscle tension not to mention a much more stable position in both knees. This stance will reduce the amount of body turn you will experience during follow through. The best way to practice this is to try holding a basketball between your knees when you swing (or at least imagine that you need to keep one there). You will need this stance to show you how to draw from the strength you have in your leg muscles.

    You should always practice before starting a game. Many think that what feels good one day will feel good the next. It is always a good idea to warm up at the driving range or practice area before hitting the course. This will help you adjust for the different elements of the day. Windy weather and other issues will require compensations and this is when you will figure out how do to so. You need to warm up your muscles before playing any sport and that includes golf. Practice swings are comparable to the stretches done by runners before a race.

    You know how much you and others love golf. It's helpful to understand that improvement comes slow, and you'll need to work at it and be dedicated.
